This week join us for our second Talent Spotlight.  I want to introduce you to a phenomenal woman named Sandy Scott. We met at a board meeting that I was facilitating and that Sandy is serving on. Sandy changes lives in coaching and leading physicians and leases in the medical field.  She understands the importance of using strengths in the work she does and how to best to foster an environment based on engagement. This interview was a great conversation with Sandy and how she started her own practice and uses her strengths to educate physicians on leading and succeeding.
