Managing Up, Down, and Around

Have you ever thought about managing everyone around you? 

When we think about management, most often we revert to those who manage us or the people we manage below us. This week I want to alter that assumption and talk about how we can manage those below us, our peers around us, and manage the people above us. We are most used to managing those below us so I want to challenge your skills and assumptions about management to think about managing up, down, and around.
