As we continue on our month of love, we are focusing on loving to see others grow.  Many accomplished people have so much to share to shape their employees. Mentoring and education tend to be a common theme of wanting to build others. I'm sure you have seen someone in your office who started out as an intern and have grown into a more accomplished individual in not just content but as a person.  Are you aware of what you have done to help make that happen? We all have so much to bring to the table and to share with others.  This week I want to challenge you to think about what you can provide to grow and develop those around you.
