Loving ourselves comes from the inside first. We have to love ourselves from the inside in order for love to reach the outside, enabling us to achieve our goals, our mission, and to accomplish what it is we are here to do. Recognizing the great qualities of ourselves, enables self love to occur. Whereas, expecting to receive all of our love from others, sets us up for disappointment.
