Don’t Make up the Story Until You’ve Asked the Question
What encounters in your life are you embellishing or altering in stories to fit your needs? It is very easy for us to build out a story and add additional facts, purposefully or subconsciously. It is scientifically proven that situational aspects in our lives or how we are prompted before telling a story can alter the story in a different direction than that which was factually true. So how can you approach this in a more straightforward way? This has the potential to be rectified by just asking the question. What’s the question?
